Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of Shri Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Shri Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent. 2) Considering the fact that validity certificates already exist in the family of the petitioner, which are already pending for consideration of the Scrutiny Committee, we are of the view that the respondent would be in a position to finally decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a short span of time.

3) Accordingly, we direct the respondent to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case within four weeks from the date of receipt of this judgment. 4) Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE khj JESWANI
