At this stage, the learned Counsel for the applicants submits that instead of rendering an elaborate order the applications be dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

It is further submitted that while the applicants are arrested on 01-2-2021, even the charge is not framed and an early trial is a remote possibility unless the learned trial Judge is issued appropriate directions. It is further submitted that the applicants be permitted to approach this Court again, if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months. 4.

The submission is reasonable.

While these applications are dismissed as withdrawn, the learned trial Judge is requested to frame the charge within the next one month and to proceed with the trial, as expeditiously as possible. 6.

If there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months, the applicants shall be at liberty to approach this Court again, for bail.

The liberty is subject to the condition that the applicants bring this order to the notice of the learned trial Judge within the next seven days and that the delay in trial, if any, is not attributable to the accused. 8.

The applications are disposed of in the aforestated terms.
