By this application, applicant Nos.2 to 8/respondents seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court.

For the reasons stated, the application is allowed.

The applicant Nos.2 to 8/respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount subject to applicants' furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court. The civil application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
