In the present petition, following prayers are being made: I) Direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal through respondent No. 3 to dispose of the SA No. 296/2023 along with IA No. 1589/2023 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner No.1 and II) the SA No. 293/2023 along with IA No. 1588/2023 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner No. 2 and III) the SA No. 273/2023 along with IA diary No. 1464/2023 (Annexure P-3) filed by the petitioner No. 3 and iv) the SA No. 248/2022 along with IA No. 1770/2023 (Annexure P-4) filed by the Petitioner No. 4 in a time bound manner and in any case within four months. 3.

It appears that the above referred proceedings are pending from last two years. Since the prayer clauses are innocuous, we are of the opinion that no prejudice will cause to the respondents if the same are allowed. Accordingly, we pass following order: Belkhede, PS

ORDER

Writ petition is disposed of.

Respondent No. 3 Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur is directed to decide SA No. 296/2023 along with IA No. 1589/2023, SA No. 293/2023 along with IA No. 1588/2023, SA No. 273/2023 along with IA diary No. 1464/2023 and SA No. 248/2022 along with IA No. 1770/2023, expeditiously, and in any case, on or before 31.07.2026.
