The injunction is operating since 22.2.2017. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel Shri U.J. Deshpande fairly states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition and the trial Court be directed to decide Regular Civil Suit 40 of 2011 expeditiously.

The submission is reasonable since the suit is pending since 2011.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition.

The trial Court is directed to decide Regular Civil Suit 40 of 2011 expeditiously and in any event within six months.
