DATED : AUGUST 21, 2015 In view of judgment in the case of Arun s/o Vishwanath Sonone vs. State of Maharashtra and others (2015(1) Mh.L.J. 457), review applicant seeks protection of education, i.e. M.B.B.S. The applicant has completed that course in 2010. Prayer is to declare result so as to enable the applicant to use that education. It is further submitted that applicant is ready and willing to give up all benefits flowing from his caste claim, which is already

2/3 invalidated.

This Court has admitted the matter for final hearing on 25/11/2014. Assistant Government Pleader has appeared for respondent nos.1 and 4. After the panel of Advocates representing respondent no.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee is quashed as reported to this Court, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that Office of Government Pleader has to represent respondent no.2 also. She is seeking time of two weeks to assist the Court in this respect. Nobody appears for respondent no.3 Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.

An application for amendment of review petition has been filed vide Civil Application No.1489/2015 to bring on record subsequent developments and addition of prayer clause.

Though Assistant Government Pleader is opposing prayer for amendment, in the interest of justice, we grant that prayer. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. Liberty to respondents to file additional reply, if any, within further period of two weeks.

3/3 We place review petition for further consideration on 21/9/2015. The petitioner to serve fresh notice on respondent no.3 Maharashtra University of Health Sciences of this order in the meanwhile.
