The offence came to be registered on 14th January, 2007 punishable under Sections 468, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In this background, having regard to the litigation policy, since the trial is more than ten years old, we deem it appropriate to direct the Trial Court, Yavatmal to decide the trial in Old Criminal Case No.121 of 2008 expeditiously and in any case, within a period of one year from today. 5.
