In view of order of this Court dated 27-04-2017 passed in Writ Petition No.7085 of 2016, Clause No.4.1.3 in NEET-UG-2017 Brochure and statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader that petitioner has been allowed to fill in form also in State quota as OCI (Overseas Citizen of India), the grievance does not survive.

Hence, keeping all contentions open, we dispose of petition. No costs.
