For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The judgment and award dated 21/03/2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Darwha in M.A.C.P. No.04/2024 is hereby stayed, subject to depositing the entire amount of the award along with accrued interest thereon, till the deposit of same, within a period of six weeks from today by the appellant-Insurance Company in this Court, failing which, the stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 3.

The civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
