The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.1399 of 2018, dated 10.12.2018, registered with Police Station Jaripatka, District Nagpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Ms Shiba Thakur, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is languishing in jail from last more than three years. It is submitted that the applicant is aged 21 years and therefore, this Court may consider prayer for grant of bail.

On the other hand, Shri Mirza, learned APP opposes the present application. It is submitted that, on earlier two occasions, the application for grant of regular bail was rejected.

I have perused the charge-sheet and also the contents of the First Information Report (FIR). 5.

On earlier two occasions, the bail applications of the applicant were rejected and as there is no change in circumstances thereafter, I am not inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, I pass the following order: The criminal application is rejected.
