This application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the revision application for non removal of office objection, by which the appeal was dismissed. Perused the application.

Heard the learned Advocates for both the sides. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 16 days in filing the revision application is hereby condoned.

This application is filed for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the Power of Attorney of the other applicants was not filed on record, so also other minor objections are not removed and, therefore, the appeal was dismissed. He submits that the applicants are ready to submit the Power of Attorney on record.

Considering his submissions, the application deserves to be allowed, as prayed.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
