The present application is filed for modification of order dated 09/03/2022 passed by this Court. As there is no direction in respect of in whose account the amount should be deposited, the present application is moved.

In view thereof, add paragraph no. 4 after paragraph no. 3 in order dated 09/03/2022 as under:- "Registry is directed to deposit 1/3rd share of respondent nos. 1 and 2 each in their joint account after verifying the bank details and Registry is further directed to deposit 1/3rd share of respondent no. 3 in her separate bank account as per bank details supplied by the respondents."
