By this Letters Patent Appeal, the appellants have challenged the judgment and order dated 17th July 2001 passed by the learned single Judge in First Appeal No. 132/1988 under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act,1894, arising out of the award dated 14.08.1987 passed by learned Civil Judge,Sr.Dn.,Chandrapur. 2.

In view of the specific bar under Section 100A of the Civil Procedure Code, the instant LPA against the order of learned single Judge is not maintainable, as held in LPA No.419/2010 in First Appeal No. 60/1992 delivered by the same Bench, on 01.02.2018. 3.

Hence, we are not required to delve into the merits of the LPA. The same is disposed of. No costs.
