Shri Dharmadhikari, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that since due to the subsequent developments, the petitioner cannot seek his transfer either to Pimpalgaon or Kesalwada, the petitioner would make a representation for his transfer to Virshi that is a place nearby the place where the wife of the petitioner is posted.

The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in this background.

We permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, we direct the respondent-zilla parishad to consider the representation of the petitioner for his transfer to Virshi, if made, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Order accordingly.
