The appellant has tendered form "N" for withdrawal of the first appeal.

The First Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn in terms of Form "N"', however, with a direction to deposit the total amount of compensation within ninety days in the reference Court, if it is not deposited. 3.
The claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest.
4.
The court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per Rules. 5.
Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.
6.
A copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
