The petitioner-Association seeks quashing of the tender process that commenced as per the tender notice issued by the respondent no.2.

Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the respondent nos.2 and 3 have filed reply stating therein that since the response to the aforesaid tender was not found to be satisfactory they had decided to issue fresh tender in terms of the guidelines issued in that regard.

Thus, accepting the statements made in the reply filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2 and 3, it is not necessary to adjudicate the present writ petition. The same is disposed of. Needless to state that it is open for the petitioner to participate in the fresh tender. No costs.
