This is an application for amendment of the writ petition. Though a copy was served upon the respondents long back, no reply is filed. However, today, orally an objection was raised.

The matter is yet to be admired and it appears that the petitioner wants to bring on record the subsequent events.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 4.

The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.
