Perused the contents of the Civil Application. The learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered two demand drafts for amount of Rs.9,00,000/- and Rs.6,00,000/- respectively. Considering the statement made in the application, permission is granted to deposit the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- by demand draft during the course of the day. In addition further amount of Rs.3,00,000/- by way of demand draft is permitted to be deposited during the course of the day.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent Nos.3 to 6, returnable in three weeks.
