O R D E R

(Passed on 22nd March, 2025) The parties have settled their dispute in terms of the compromise mentioned in Form-N duly signed by the parties, who are present and identified by their respective counsels. Therefore, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise, which is reproduced as under:- "(1) The appellants and R.no. 2 (ICICI) have settled the matter for Rs.3,25,000/- (Three lakhs twenty five thousand only) which shall be deposited by R. no. 2 before MACT, Khamgaon within 30 days from order of LA.

(2) The R. no. 2 reserves its right to recovers Rs.3,25,000/- from R. no. 1 as per direction no. 9 of the judgment dated 4.9.2015. (3) Appeal shall be disposed of by consent of appellants and R. no. 2." 2.

In wake of this, the appeal is disposed of. The award be drawn accordingly. 3.
