Learned Advocate for the applicant states that the accused is released on bail by the Sessions Court, however, the order passed by the Sessions Court suspending the sentence is not produced on record nor any details are given in the application. It is not known till when the protection granted by the Sessions Court continues.

In view of the above, criminal application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application, if so advised.
