In view of the reply filed by the respondent - University, raising certain issues which were never raised earlier, the petitioner-Management wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation to the University clarifying all the issues stated in the reply filed to this petition and make a fresh prayer.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to make appropriate representation to the University as prayed for.

If such representation is made, University is directed to decide such representation within three months from the date of making of such representation. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
