I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Considering the very tender age girl was subjected for the sexual assault, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 3.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after evidence of the victim is recorded.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
