This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition which stood dismissed for default on 15/06/2017 as the counsel then appearing for the Petitioner failed to appear before this Court. Although, the prayer made in the application is opposed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and accordingly the Writ Petition No. 4169/2008 is restored to file.

The Writ Petition shall be taken up for final hearing in due course.
