We find that there is no specific direction issued by this Court to remove the encroachment. The second direction for preventing the encroachments on the land is issued only in the event if Grampanchayat decides to remove the encroachments.

We find that the respondents have not committed any wilful breach or default of the order of this Court. The contempt petition is therefore disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to take such steps as are permissible in law including filing of a fresh petition. JUDGE JUDGE svk
