2] This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 1472 days caused in filing the First Appeal.

3] It is stated that the applicant is a rustic villager and is not conversant with the legal affairs. The other reasons are stated in para 3 of the application.

4] Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, so also considering the law laid by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Imrat Lal And Others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector And Others, 2014 (9) SCALE 446, the application is
