The applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have filed this application for permitting them to withdraw the amount deposited in the Court, as the appeal was dismissed on 05.05.2025, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The Learned Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, to the respective bank accounts of respondent Nos. 1 to 4, proportionate to their share, within three weeks upon their furnishing of their bank account details to the Registry.
