After arguing for sometime the learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, requests that the Sessions Court be directed to conclude and dispose the trial within two months.

The crime is registered against 17 persons for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 449, 201, 120-B, 109 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3(2)(5), 3(1)(u)(zb), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 3(1)(3) of the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013.

Considering the nature of accusations against the accused, it is directed that the trial be concluded within three months by conducting it on day-to-day basis.
