Petitioner- College has been restrained from effecting admissions by communication dated 06.06.2018, for not appointing approved teachers and non-teaching staff.

Matter was considered yesterday and came to be adjourned to today. Today an affidavit has been filed pointing out existing staff.

Restraint put is for not appointing the staff

Thus, the reasons given in the impugned communication are not met with. We are therefore, not inclined to intervene in writ jurisdiction. Writ Petition is, thus, rejected. No costs.
