It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order challenge in the present petition is dated 27.10.2016 by which the petitioner was directed to release the wages of the respondent No.1 from the period from April 2016 to June 2016 and to pay future wages regularly every month till the decision of the main complaint.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 would submit that the petitioner failed to pay the wages from April 2016 to October 2016 however, thereafter the wages were paid regularly.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would
wp4589.18.O.odt submit that the main matter pending before the Industrial Court is now due for final disposal and it is fixed for final argument.

Considering the above facts and that the main matter is likely to be disposed of shortly, the present petition could be decided by directing the petitioner to deposit the unpaid wages from July 2016 to February 2017 before the Industrial Court within three weeks. The Industrial Court shall invest such amount in any Nationalized Bank till the decision of the said dispute on merit. The respondent No.1/ employee shall not be entitled to withdraw the said amount till the decision of the main complaint before the Industrial Court.

In view of the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
