None appears for the applicants/ respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

Shri S.N. Dhanagare, advocate for the appellant/ Insurance Company states that the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 had filed Petition for Special Leave to Appeal No. 35061 of 2013 (Civil Appeal No. 10268/2013) challenging the judgment passed by this Court which is allowed and in view of that the amount deposited by the Insurance Company before this Court is required to be given to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. The amount deposited by the Insurance Company with the Registry of this Court be given to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 along with interest, if any.

The amount be given to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 as per the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, recorded in paragraph No.7 of the order dated 29th October, 2013.

The Civil Application is allowed in the above terms.
