Shri J.B. Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri V.A. Thakare, learned APP for non-applicant No. 1 and Ms. A.P. Gupta, learned counsel for non-applicant No.2.

We have given some time to the parties to settle the dispute. However, it appears that the parties are not in a position to reach any mutually acceptable figure. The contention of the complainant is, she agreed to marriage because of qualifications communicated, viz., Bachelor of Engineering. It is an admitted position that while giving details of qualification of groom, his qualification was described as Graduate in Engineering. In this situation, without observing anything on merits of the controversy, we refuse to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction.

Criminal Application is rejected.
