In view of speaking orders passed yesterday in Writ Petition no.3057/2017, we have disposed of Writ Petition No. 4920/2017 today. Present Writ Petition needs to be disposed of in view of orders passed in above petitions.

Accordingly with similar observations and similar directions, we quash and set aside the

Order 1509wp5779.17 impugned communication dated 22.07.2016 canceling approval.

Writ Petitions are thus partly allowed and disposed of. No cost.
