This is an application filed by respondent no.1, claimant for withdrawal of the amount of compensation of Rs.2,31,091/- with interest accrued thereon.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed and respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon subject to condition of filing of usual undertaking and subject to further condition of furnishing solvent surety/security for 50% of the amount.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
