Learned Advocate for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.7011/2023, the petitioners are seeking liberty to redress their grievances before the Administrative Authorities of the Municipal Council and therefore he is praying for the same. Having considered the same, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek redressal of their grievances before the Administrative Authorities of the Municipal Council.

That being so, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed above. No costs.
