Date : 8 th July, 2019 Shri Onkar Ghare, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has raised a preliminary objection that the alternate remedy of approaching the Industrial Court for the reliefs claimed in this petition is available to the petitioner and, therefore, this petition should not be entertained.

In view of the aforesaid objection raised, Shri Sakharkar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Industrial Court, in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All questions are left open.
