Shri S.S. Ghate, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.4 and 5, makes a statement that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent events dated 4-7-2005 of the agreement between the employees of the Indian Banks Association. He further makes a statement that the payment has also been received by the petitioners. In view of this, the petition has become infructuous, and the same is dismissed as such.
