By the impugned order, the Sessions Court has rejected the application for discharge filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. This case concerns registration of offences against the applicant under Section 377 of the I. P. C. and Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 11 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After arguing for some time and when this Court was inclined to reject the present revision application, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application.

Hence, dismissed as withdrawn.
