After arguing sometime, learned Senior Advocate Shri Gupta and learned Advocate Shri Daga for the applicants, on instructions, pray for withdrawal of the applications with liberty that the applicants would surrender before the appropriate authority or before the Court. They further submit that interim protection granted to the applicants be extended for further period till the applicants surrender. They further submit that the applicants would surrender on or before 24-8-2015 and avail the remedies including seeking their enlargement on bail on their surrender.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for extension of protection.

2 aba349&352.15.odt Considering the fact that the applicants were protected by this Court and both the applicants are in their advance age, prayer for extension of interim protection granted till 24-8-2015. Needless to state that interim protection granted to the applicants is available till 24-8-2015 only.

The applications are disposed of as withdrawn in above terms.
