By this application, the applicant/petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 09/06/2017 by which Writ Petition bearing No.339 of 2017 was dismissed for want of prosecution and for restoration of the same.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 09/06/2017 is recalled and the Writ Petition No.339 of 2017 is restored back to its original file. Application is accordingly disposed of.
