In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging to the order dated 20th May, 2022 passed by the Tehsildar thereby imposing fine of Rs.1,15,850/- against the petitioner in the matter of illegal excavation of sand.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has rightly pointed out that there is an alternate remedy is available to the petitioner to approach before the SubDivisional Officer. 3.

In that view of the matter and further whatever grounds raised in this petition, it can be heard SKNair
