The appellant shall file private paper book within a period of six months from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.

C.A.F. No.2427/2012.

There shall be interim stay to the execution of the award until

2 fa697.13 further orders on condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire amount as per the impugned award with the Registry of this Court till th March, 2015. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the interim order shall stand vacated. If the amount is deposited within the stipulated time, considering the challenges raised by the appellant regarding the applicability of multiplier, the respondents 1 and 2 - claimants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount which will be deposited by the appellant and the balance 40% shall be invested in fixed deposit account in any nationalized bank initially for a period of three years to be renewed every year till the decision of the appeal. The civil application is disposed of. JUDGE Tambaskar.
