DATED : AUGUST 26, 2022 By the order dated 17/8/2022, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Scrutiny Committee was directed to obtain instructions as regards the period within which the tribe claim of the petitioners would be decided. 2) On instructions, it is submitted by Ms. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader that the tribe claim of the petitioners would be considered and decided within a period of six months from the date of their appearance before the Scrutiny Committee.
3) Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 12/9/2022. The Scrutiny
2608wp4790.22 & 4496.22 2/2 Committee shall decide their tribe claim in accordance with law within a period of six months from that date. Till the process of verification is completed, services of the petitioners shall not be disturbed.
4) With the aforesaid directions, the petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
