Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the contents of the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made in the application is granted and the Writ Petition is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rs1000/- to the High Court Bar Library, within a period of one week. If the costs are paid and Writ Petition is restored, issue notice to the respondent nos. 4 to 6, returnable on 31.08.2015, as learned Addl. Government Pleader appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3.

Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
