DATED : SEPTEMBER 05, 2019 These applications are filed in the crossobjection for bringing on record legal representatives of cross - objector (respondent No.1) in appeal, for condonation of delay in moving the said application and setting aside abatement.

It is pointed out that the cross - objector / respondent No.1 died on 19/01/2019 and that his legal representatives are required to be brought on record. 3.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Consequently, abatement is set aside, delay is condoned and legal representatives of

The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.

The time granted for filing private paper book has expired. Hence, 3 weeks time as last chance is granted for filing private paper book.
