It is not in dispute that the father of the petitioner holds a validity certificate of belonging to '

Halbi' Scheduled Tribe.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent-Committee to conclude the hearing and issue pending before it in regard to grant of validity certificate to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it.

We permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Committee on 8-7-2024.
