42) in Writ Petition No. 3167/2019, Usha Baliram Masal vs. Hind Sewa Mandal, decided on 30/09/2019. It is contended that the claim of the petitioner to be appointed as a 'Shikshan Sewak' as per Clause - 8 of the Government Resolution dated 10/06/2005, was forwarded by the Management to Education Officer, who by the impugned order dated 29/07/2022 (page No. 37), has rejected the same on the ground of information not being available as indicated therefrom.

It is contended by Shri K.P. Mahalle, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 5 and 6, that the requisite information has already been supplied by the Management to the Education Officer on 10/08/2022, on

In view of this, the impugned order dated 29/07/2022, is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is remitted back to respondent No. 4, to decide the claim of the petitioner in terms of Clause - 8 of the Government Resolution dated 10/06/2005.
