DATE : 07/09/2017 The challenge in this petition is order dated 23.03.2002 passed by the Education Officer granting approval to respondent Nos.4 to 10 on the post of Shikshan Sevak. Though the matter was admitted on 29.07.2002, there was no interim relief granted. As a consequence, respondent Nos.4 to 10 continued to wok on the post of Shikshan Sevak. They must have worked actually for the period of 15 years.

Shri Choube, learned counsel holding for Advocate Shri Naik, submits that petitioner No.1 has also expired. The learned AGP submits that the appointments were made by following the prescribed procedure.
