The Civil application is filed for permission to withdraw the balance compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

Shri M.M. Agnihotri, the learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to withdraw the same. It is informed that the said decreetal amount is deposited with the Reference Court, Amaravati.

In view of no objection, the applicants/respondent nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the balance compensation amount deposited with the Reference Court. The applicants/respondent nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount so deposited, subject to usual undertaking that if the appellant would succeed in the matter, they would refund the amount along with accrued interest, as per the orders passed by this Court.
