Heard Ms. N.S. Chaubey, learned Counsel [appointed] for the petitioner, Shri R.S. Nayak, learned A.P.P. for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 and Shri S.P. Bhandarkar, learned Counsel for respondent no.3. 2.

Learned A.P.P. has pointed out a letter dated 08.09.2016 sent by the petitioner to this Court, placed as Annexure-R-VI with the reply of respondent no.2.

Said letter reveals that mischievously an incorrect grievance was made against respondent no.3. 4.

We therefore, dismiss the present Writ

Order 0305wp526.16 Petition with costs of Rs. 1500/- to be paid by the petitioner to respondent no.2.
