CIVIL APPLICATION [CAF] NO.1659 OF 2022 Present application is filed by the applicantappellant allowing him to deposit the demand draft with the Registry. Vide order dated 15.06.2022, two weeks' time was granted to the applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.75,000/- and subject to deposit, there was stay to the MACP Darkhast No.11/2019. It appears that cheque deposited by the applicant dishonoured. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the demand draft is ready and he will deposit the same within three days. Permission is granted. Interim order to continue, subject to deposit of the demand draft with the Registry within three days. Civil Application is disposed of.
